B. Each license in "individual stock footage" is of unlimited use and unlimited duration, which means that each user or, company will be able to use the material in any profile/channel/website and wherever it is managed by the same, user/company and as many times as he wishes

C. The license for "subscribers" is of unlimited use and unlimited duration, and that means that the benefits of their plans can be used as a user, or, by the company is an active subscriber in the stock footage of AllDay-Productions.com. Each subscriber will be able to use the material, and their benefits in any profile/channel/website, wherever it is managed by the same user or company, and as many times he wishes, as long is active subscriber. If the user/company subscription ends and he ain't wish to renew, the user will canot be use any unuploeded footage outside of the plan period, that probably already downloaded from allday-productions.com stock footage

D. Licenses are non-transferable and non-giftable, each subscriber licensed by AllDay-Productions.com for material obtained from AllDay-Productions.com is solely for those to whom the license was sent when purchasing the material or subscription.

E. Licenses are not revoked, each license in "individual stock footage" corresponds to the video or photo in question. After your completed payment in individual stock footage, automatically you get the link to download the files ( license & Footage ). So, after that the cancel is not possible. So you should be absolutely sure before choosing anything from stock footage of AllDay-Productions.com, because you'll can't cancel, once you have downloaded the material and the license.

7. Subscriptions & Rules

​

A. Subscription packages ensure that media is downloaded from AllDay-Productions.com stock media. Each subscription can be an individual, or company. With an annual or two-year subscription, without the possibility of cancellation before their expiration.

B. Subscriptions are not transferable, and their durations are not freeze. After their expiration, the subscriber can, if he so wishes, renew his subscription.

C. Subscriber Privileges: These are the privileges listed in each subscription package for the respective package selected by the subscriber. Packages cannot accepting changes any of the benefits without informing the subscribers as long as there are active subscribers on the package in question. In the event that the new product availability date does not satisfy you, and you do not want any of the previous options, you can cancel your order and request a refund according to the conditions mentioned in section 11 of these terms. 10. Shipping and Delivery of Products

Cash on delivery is not supported.

In cases where the weight of the order or the dimensions of the parcel exceed the permissible limits for shipment, we reserve the right to split the shipment into smaller loads/parcels.
Upon receipt of your order, you must check the products sent to you. In the event that you find any damage to the packaging upon receipt of your order, you must inform us immediately, writing the problem on the delivery note and signing it. You must also send us further details of the damage within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the product by sending an email (signed) to contact@allday-productions.com. Otherwise, allday-productions.com does not bear any responsibility for such damage.
In case of refusal or inability to receive a product on your part, we reserve all our legal rights for the damage we may have suffered.
If products are returned to allday-productions.com due to an incorrect or missing address, shipping charges are non-refundable. If further shipping charges are incurred, AllDay-Productions.com may charge further shipping charges.
The goods travel on behalf of the customer. Until full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of AllDay-Productions.com.

11. Force Majeure

3. Cancellation & refunds on services accepted only under conditions

    a. To Cancel a service booked with AllDay Productions you'll lost the deposit fee when you had made booking for your service (applied on specified services, read more "Terms of Services")

    b. In Case you have paid all the amount of the service when you made the booking and you wish to cancel, this is possible only 60 days before the event started and can be refunded only the remaining amount, NOT the advance payment "Deposit" (applied on specified services, read more "Terms of Services")

    c. In Case you have paid all the amount of the service when you made the booking and you wish to cancel after the event has completed for any reason, in that case can't be refund any amount that you already paid.

13. Cancellation of Order (Not Services)

Order cancellation can be done through the special form in our contact tab (Contact), and only if the invoicing process of your order has not started. If your order has not passed the billing stage, then you will be able to cancel it. Your order will be processed via the e-mail address you provided when placing your order. In case of cancellation, you will be sent an automatic email from AllDay-Productions.com confirming the cancellation of the order.
