Personal data will be requested in the following cases: (1) creating an account, (2) filling out an order form, (3) subscribing to the Newsletter, (4) using the "Service Status" tracking tool.​​

(1) Account Creation: You may create an account on allday-productions.com in order to place an online order and save items in your Wish List. To create an account, the following personal information is required: e-mail address and full name. You also need to choose a username and a personal password. If you wish to correct/modify your personal data, there is the corresponding option on the account management pages. If you wish to delete your account, you should email us at bookings.adpro@gmail.com

(2) Filling out an order form: If you have created an account, you should use it to fill out an order form. The information in this account will be used to complete the order and you will have to fill in some additional information, such as information on the payment method, contact phone number, different shipping address for products (optional), information for issuing invoices (TIN, DOU, Occupation, name), where this is necessary.

(3) Subscribe to the Newsletter: If you want to subscribe to the Newsletter, fill in your e-mail address and select 'Register'. Subscription to the Newsletter can also be done when creating an account.

(4) Service Status Search: To track the progress of your project (e.g., Video Editing, Photo Editing, Albums), you must provide your Full Name and E-mail address. This information is used solely to identify your order within our secure database and display your project’s current status and printable products. ​

(5) Security and Data Logging: To ensure the protection of your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, our system logs your IP address, full name, and the exact timestamp of each search. This data is stored temporarily and is used solely for security purposes and to verify authorized access to your order details.

(6) Price Quotes & Phone Verification (OTP): When filling out our pricing or booking request forms, we collect your mobile phone number. To ensure security, prevent spam, and verify your request, a One-Time Password (OTP) is automatically sent via SMS to your mobile device.

(7) Notifications, Reminders, and Material Updates: Upon establishing cooperation or booking services, we collect your email address and mobile phone number in order to ensure timely communication.

1.4 Use of personal data

Clearing electronic transactions: If you choose Credit/Debit/Prepaid card as the payment method, you will be taken to the stripe page, where you will be asked to enter the following information: card number and type, name of the holder (as written on the card), expiration date and the CVV2 Verification Code.

Please note that allday-productions.com does not collect or store your card information in any way. The electronic transaction with cards is done with stripe's secure system.

Security and Anti-Spam: To protect our database and your personal information from unauthorized access or malicious use, we use Google reCAPTCHA in our search forms. This service is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Phone Verification and SMS Delivery: Your mobile phone number is used exclusively for sending the verification OTP code required to complete and secure your quote submission. This service is handled securely via authorized messaging gateways (such as Twilio) and is strictly limited to authentication purposes.

Service Notifications, Reminders and Post-Production Updates: Your contact details (email and mobile phone number) are additionally used to send informational messages and reminders (via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where necessary). Specifically, these include:

• Service or appointment reminder messages sent two (2) days prior to the scheduled date.

• Informational messages during the processing and readiness stages of the post-production, such as Photos, Video, Canvas, Albums, and USB, so the client is kept informed about the progress of the post production.

• Legal Basis (GDPR): This processing is based on the performance of our contract for the provision of services and on our legitimate interest to ensure smooth and timely customer service.

Couriers: Delivery of orders to our customers is carried out by partner courier companies. For this purpose, AllDay-Productions.com forwards your personal information, such as name and shipping address to the partner courier companies, so that the delivery of your order is possible.

1.5 Non-assignment to third parties
