1. CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS

The client of the websites and services of this website must comply with the rules and provisions of Greek, European and International Law.

2. TERMS OF SERVICES

To cancel a booked videography or photography service with AllDay Productions, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation. Keep in mind that our cancellation policy may vary depending on the specific circumstances,

​​

A: If you need to reschedule your videography or photography services, we require written notice at least 60 days prior to the scheduled wedding event date, 30 days for baptism, other services such us individual, family, proposals 14 days before. 

​​

B: Cancellations accepted 7 days (1 week) after your booking (excepts, weddings/baptism/bussines). Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a full refund of any deposits made. If the cancellation occurs later than 7 days of the booking, the deposit will be non-refundable.

We do, however, offer the option to transfer your deposit to a rescheduled date within 2 years of the original event, subject to our availability. This policy ensures both our clients and our team can plan effectively, making your special day as seamless and memorable as possible.

3. RESERVATION

 

A signed contract and retainer fee are required to reserve the dates and times of the EVENT(S). If the EVENT(S) are rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the deposit fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to the AllDay-Productions.com. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the AllDay-Productions.com materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation. (Read more 6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS)

4. EVENT

 

The client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the EVENT(S). Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and confirmation of receipt must be obtained from the COMPANY by the CLIENT.

5. SAFETY

 

The AllDay-Productions.com reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the EVENT(S) if the photographer from the AllDay-Productions.com experiences inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the EVENT(S); or in the event that the safety of the photographer from the AllDay-Productions.com is in question.

6. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS​

Cancellation & refunds on services accepted only under above conditions "Terms of Services"

    A. To cancel a service booked with AllDay Productions you'll lost the deposit fee when you had made booking for your service (applied on specified services, read section "Terms of Services")

    B. In case you have paid all the amount of the service when you made the booking and you wish to cancel, this is possible only 60 days before the event started and can be refunded only the remaining amount, NOT the advance payment "Deposit" (applied on specified services, read section "Terms of Services")

    C. In case you have paid all the amount of the service and you wish to cancel/refund after the event has completed and for any reason, in that case can't be refund any amount that you already paid.

7. PRICES & VAT

 

​The prices of the products listed are in euros (€). The prices do not include shipping costs, which are added to your order, depending on the place and type of delivery. ​​​

 

Services or merchandise not included in this initial contract/package will be sold at the current price when the order is placed. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

 

Credit vouchers have no intrinsic cash value and may only be applied toward merchandise purchased from the allday-productions.com.

8. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

 

The aforementioned non-refundable deposit fee is due at the time of book the date. The remaining balance is payable in full to the event day or in the timeframe of two(2) weeks after the event(s).

 

 

 

9. TIMES OF DELIVER - PHOTOS, VIDEOS & ALBUMS

 

At AllDay Productions, we aim to deliver your photos, videos, and albums within a timeline of 6 months. We prioritize quality in every project, ensuring that your treasured memories are beautifully presented.

TIMELINE

• PHOTOS: Vaptism 1 to 3 months - Wedding 2 to 4 months

• VIDEO: About 6 months

• ALBUMS: About 6 months

*There is always the possibility that delivery will occur earlier than the aforementioned times.

*The delivery time of the albums also depends on the time it takes you to send us your photo selections, after you received them from us.
